It is common for Sundays to be a day when the family meets for a big meal together.
Typically, people eat roast meat : roast chicken, roast pork, roast lamb being the most common.
The meat is eaten with roast potatoes and/or mashed potatoes, vegetables like carrots, peas and broccoli and a sauce called gravy.
